NQSW Group Programme – Putting Permanency into Practice

Trainers – Hannah Brown & Tracy Bowen

We are bringing together NQSWs from across Wales, putting permanency into practice at the start of your Social Work journey. This 6-month group programme is an opportunity for NQSWs to learn about and reflect on key practice themes when working with children who become looked after, facilitated by experienced practitioners within a supportive peer learning environment. The practice clinics are an opportunity to bring any practice issues that you may have experienced following the workshop and explore them amongst peers. This is not an alternative to case management and supervision, but a way of embedding the learning into practice in a supportive reflective group setting.
